Friends since college, Diana and Michelle’s lives often paralleled each other. And then Diana developed ovarian cancer at age 53. Now at 59 and facing her own mortality, Diana shares with Michelle moments of self-blame, her pride at chairing the school district’s “Colonial Day” celebrations, and the love that keeps her surviving and thriving.
