The Institute builds on published practice guidelines and best-known practices of clinical specialty organizations and national quality groups to advance caring for whole persons.

We publish internal quality-improvement dashboards for clinical staff to monitor patterns of practice related to advance care planning, goals-of-care conversations, shared decision-making, and use of specialty palliative care.
