Educating Patients

We work with leading patient-education organizations to make a variety of educational tools available to facilitate goals-of-care conversations and shared decision-making and empower patients to ensure their medical care reflects their values, preferences, and priorities. Resources include videos to help patients better understand benefits and limitation of treatments, advance directive toolkits, and a simple Trusted Decision Maker designation.
