Sara Epstein, MPH, Senior Program Manager

Sara joined Providence in 2018 with a passion for public health. Her research has centered on the ways in which our environments and communities impact health. Specific projects and roles have focused on social mobility and perceptions of discrimination, healthy aging, and oncology. Most recently, Sara supported the Providence Cancer Institute’s survivorship and medical/surgical oncology initiatives. Sara earned her bachelor’s in cultural anthropology and Spanish from the University of Oregon, and her master of public health from Portland State University.
