Halee Dams, LICSW, Telehealth Palliative Social Worker
Halee is passionate about improving access to high quality, person-centered
healthcare. She has a background in inpatient palliative medicine and
outpatient hospice care. She received her master's degree in social
work at New York University and concurrently completed a fellowship in
palliative and end-of-life care. After beginning her social work career,
she completed a post-master's certificate program in palliative and
end-of-life care at Smith College and is working on a fellowship in leadership
in palliative and end-of-life care at NYU. When she's not working,
she enjoys growing flowers and restoring her 1966 Ford pickup.
