Goldilocks comes to Providence

Caroline’s first two jobs out of college did not provide the fulfillment she was looking for. It wasn’t until her third job, at Providence, did she find the meaning she sought in a career. She tells colleague, Carlee, that she loves Providence cares about offering opportunities for growth and making you feel engaged.
